    Hi Jordan,

    Great thanks! Didn’t know a paid version existed. I’m not sure how to get it fixed I’m not the developer that’s why I came here in the first place to post this and bring it up with the developer 🙂

    Well if it’s an external link it’s an external link! If you’re on ddd.com and there’s a link out to ccc.com then great why would that be an AMP link? it shouldn’t but if you’re inside ddd.com and you click on a Menu item or you’re reading a page that says hey! go here on another page on my site to read the rest… then that should be AMP not jump to your regular version.

    Do you have this paid module and does it address my concern? do inside links work and bring up AMP version of the site?

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for the reply. I’m not sure if we are talking about the same plugin? I do not see any paid version.

    I can see for some odd reason somebody might not want the link to automatically go to the non-amp version. But as far as inherent functionality it makes absolutely no sense to me that is should be any other way by default. Somebody does a search on google on their phone. They get to a page on your site on the AMP version because google decided to show that. Then on that page they click a link and it goes to the non-amp page? How would that ever make any sense 🙂 I’m open to any explanation that would make any sense why anybody would do that or why it should not go to another AMP page from the page they just viewed.

    If defeats the whole point and purpose of AMP. Accelerated MOBILE Pages. If you wanted them on the regular site then AMP is a mute point. If they’re on a MOBILE device, viewing your Accelerated MOBILE Page then that’s what they should be able go to to and see.

    It’s kind of like being in a car, pressing the gas peddle and it goes forward then you try to turn right and suddenly you’re sitting on a bicycle.

    Hello,

    I’m wondering if you’ve had a chance to look at this? This is a critical issue as the links on the amp pages are going to the non-amp pages.
