Hi,
To display the provinces of Canada on the checkout page you can enable the Filters option (via the plugin settings).
The locations list of Canada contains cities/towns but not ‘communities’, Agassiz is considered as part of Kent but can be splitted with code (example is in the plugin’s docs), Rosedale should be exist in the list.

Please update the plugin to its latest release, and add to your theme’s functions.php file (it will ignore the configured default attributes):
add_filter( 'daw_force_first_in_stock_default', '__return_true' );

The feature is activated by default, it will be applied on all products which has less than 50/100 variations (depends on your settings).

Please set the country and the city of the store via Dashboard => WooCommerce => Settings => General => Store Address => Country / State, then you can also set the ‘Default Customer Address’ to ‘No address’.

Latvia’s list contained Novads, now it contains all the towns in Latvia by this list.

To make it easier to insert multiple cities into shipping zone you can use the Bulk Select tool (in the Cities plugin settings), you can select to which shipping zone to insert the cities and write in the Zone regions field in this format:
Balgale; Barkava; Riga;

The cities should appear when you start to write their names in the ‘Zone regions’ field at the shipping zone edit screen, can you give an example of cities which are missing from there? or take screenshot?
