You will need ftp or cpanel/server access and this site i think is giving instructions about how you can change the url!

I don’t know if the algorithms+ips are filtering correctly but i am not an expert on the subject + i don’t have any experience in any of my sites.

I think the only way to do this is to code your site and filter the visitors by ip but i don’t know how to do this or how safe it will be.

No there is no reason that it should.

You can try to Tools->export your content and then import it.You can create another installation and try importing there.

this feature does not exist by default you will need a “share” plugin.
