Thanks Mike, So far so good!
    One clarification for anyone else:
ON Step 2 ” Get a shareable link from Google for the form.”
I used the link from the form’s menu which has a Globe&Link icon, as opposed to the “Send Form” button at the top right corner. The Globe&Link url does not have “?usp=send_form” at the end. Not sure if that makes a difference, but it worked.
The permalink works and I’m going to try installing the shortcode in the UX Builder now.
    Thanks

I see that the iframe distorts your multiple choice question on my cell phone. This is what I’m struggling with. I can play with the display settings to have them work on a big screen but my understanding is that the iframe locks them in. Which doesn’t make it friendly for tablets or cell phones.

I’m trying to set up a flat rate charge for certain postal codes within a province. I’m using 2.6 with the shipping zones activated and the legacy settings turned off.

I tried including everything in a “canada” zone, i.e. Provinces, and excluded postal codes. Then setting a “free shipping with minimum purchase” and a “flat rate below minimum” method.

And then I set up a separate “canada surcharge” zone, and including the previously excluded postal codes with a flat rate shipping charge.

But no luck! I’ve tried several other options, but am running out of ideas.
    Any suggestions?

Thanks for the FTP advice. The instructions inferred that there was some automatic upload feature. And one plugin read me file said to just “drag” the folder across. Forgetting to mention that an FTP client was involved.

The instructions to beginners might include the phrase ” using an FTP client…”

Mikey, Thanks for the video link. Just what the Dr ordered. I’m going to bookmark that one.

    Colin

The instructions say to upload the file to my directory online. But I can’t find any link or tab or whatever labeled “directory”.

How do I locate this to upload the file to it?

    Thanks
