Both of those pages are designed using toolset, so the button can’t show up automatically on my site.

I was able to find a workaround:
– Install 2.1.5
– Set your desired plugin settings
– copy and save the .htaccess file from the uploads folder locally on your pc.
– install the latest UAM version
– drop the previously saved .htaccess file in your upload folder@gm_alex : The problem with the new versions seems to be, that no .htaccess file is created in the upload folder.

Adobe Reader says file is broken.
IE Explorer shows message with %PDF-
Other Browsers just doen#t open the file.
