Hi guys, I had the same problem.
There is a line in the CSS
border-bottom: 1px solid #333;
Delete this part. The lines are not underlines, but borders.
The Activity log plugin is the only plugin that’s giving me that error. The error message appears as a chrome error when I click on activity log. Resetting database gives access, but the error reappears every time activities are performed.
