The last problem is also resolve by deleting <span>’%'</span> from page.php on line 26.
I added new page with header menu.. But when I click on the new menu then it shows an error.
Warning: Division by zero in C:\xampp\htdocs\elance\wp-content\themes\wp-creativix\page.php on line 26

🙂 Go to Appearence > Menu > Navigation Menu (Select Home)
and save it.
Then add new page
twiggtx, I also face same problem. Also the Home page was not registered for the sidebar.. I did it as it was simple.
But now, I don’t get any conventional way to create new menu at the right side of Home..
