For the first question, actually you can specify any group on MailChimp settings like this;
But I think you can’t see the options because of “scroll” problem. We have a bug about scroll on that panel and we are aware of that. Our developers working on it, I am sure it will be solved at one of the next releases.
For the “This email address has already subscribed.” problem, I want you to check first your API, form fields and the selected list of MailChimp. At the form fields NAME field should match with MailChimp correctly. If nothing seems wrong but still not working you need to try plugin conflict tests.
For that test you need to deactivate all plugins except Hustle and try again, if not helps please try activating default Twenty Seventeen theme too. Before conflict test I recommend taking full backup or try on the staging site.
For the “X” close button I can see it like this;
If you want to style it I can help about custom CSS, just let me know how you want to style it.
For the redirect issue, it can be related MailChimp form not complete the submission successfully. So after solving this we can check if still continue.
I cannot see dropdown issue so can you be more specific about that? It can be related CSS conflict with other plugins, if you try plugin conflict test please check for this issue too.

To learn what actually is the problem we need to check log files. You can check your server error logs about that but if nothing related the problem you need enable WordPress debug logging and activate Hustle back to run error again.
To enable WordPress debug logging you need to put these codes to your wp-config.php file;
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
Then when you see the error again, check the wp-content folder, is there any debug.log file? If yes please share with us what the content is?
If you want also you can setup staging site first and try on staging site instead of live one.

If you install BP Group Documents (https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-group-documents/) plugin then BuddyPress Activity Plus will show document button automatically. But it allows you to share in the group only, and this is the only document upload integration for the current version.

Hustle is checking “manage_options” capability to show settings page. So I am afraid you can’t only show Hustle menu for editors. To show that you need to add “manage_options” capability to editor role. But this also will show Settings page and any other plugins that uses “manage_options”.
But if you still want to do that you can paste these codes into your theme’s functions.php file;
$edit_editor_role = get_role( 'editor' );
$edit_editor_role->add_cap( 'manage_options' );

I didn’t see any clear hint about what can cause the issue, maybe “bp-activity-social-share” plugin. But can you also try full plugin conflict test? You need to deactivate every plugin except BuddyPress and BuddyPress Activity Plus. Then try again and check is this working this time?
If yes you can activate plugins one by one until replicating the problem and can find which plugin conflicting.

It’s really hard to understand which space are you referring. So first is it possible to show us which space are we talking about? You can upload your image to anywhere and share a link here.
Secondly, while deactivating plugins are you getting any error? If yes what kind of error are you getting? If it’s too much error message please include a screenshot of it too.
Also, the Javascript console errors look like coming from the ultimate-product-catalogue plugin, maybe you can contact with that plugin support too.

If you didn’t install the WordPress in the subfolder, you don’t need to edit index.php file like Nastia say. Did you follow the codex installation instructions: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
