In reply to: Wanting to add a forum – But need some guidanceI say go with bbpress just because it’s easy to integrate with WordPress, assuming that’s what you’re using. vBulletin is also another more expensive option. Either way, it’s probably going to take some money to get someone to skin them. I’m not using either actually. I decided to code my own CMS and forum. I think it’s easier to manage that way because you know the code inside and out.

However, logged in users would see this page as their homepage. http://rawrgv.com/images/codeegghom.png So basically I need to be able to do everything from the public_html folder, edit the database, etc.

In reply to: Help with installation ErrorAre the files in the correct folders? That error occurs when the file is not located within the directory in which the file calling it is located. So if whatever you’re calling that file from is in /blog/… the wp-includes/wp-db.php and functions.php file both need to be in /blog/.
