Hey Mark,
Try searching for the Revolution Theme. Not exactly the same but very similar. You can modify them pretty extensively.
Just search in google. It used to be a premium theme but Brian Released it into public domain. So search for Revolution City blue or Revolution Music. There are a ton of them out there.
