Hm, that’s frustrating for me. I’m guessing you set up WordPress manually as opposed to using the one-click setup from the C-Panel like I did? My xmlrpc.php file gets put automatically into the public_html folder which itself is in the source folder. Which means that http://mydomain.us/public_html/xmlrpc.php should work. I fired off an email to the LunarPages support staff. I’ll see what comes of that. Thanks for checking, though.
