In reply to: RSS Feed ProblemI installed the Hyper Cache plugin about 2 weeks ago…I don’t think that should have had any effect on this though: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/hyper-cache/

In reply to: RSS Feed ProblemWell, I didn’t change anything, and this morning, somebody told me that he was seeing all of my posts twice in his RSS reader.
He says that he’s going to unsubscribe and then subscribe again to see if that works. Still, I have no idea why this is happening.

In reply to: RSS Feed ProblemI think you are tilting at windmills.
Ah. Well, I thought that perhaps the problem was a bit more obvious and that someone could have told me, “Yes, disabling the plugin was what caused this to happen. Don’t do that anymore.”
I mean…would you say that I should just keep my fingers crossed and pray that this sort of thing won’t happen again? It’s not exactly a “good” thing when my subscribers see 60+ unread articles from my website, and I’d like to do whatever I can to prevent it from happening again.

In reply to: RSS Feed ProblemI’m not sure that the problem is “still occurring,” but I’d like to know what caused it in the first place so I can make sure it doesn’t happen again.

In reply to: RSS Feed ProblemThanks for responding.
The 60 entires were old posts, dating back to September. They all just suddenly appeared in his feed reader (he was using Google Reader).
I was using a plugin called FeedSmith Extend. I disabled the plugin last night, and I think that’s what caused the problem.
I use Feedburner, and I’m running WP v 3.2
