I didn’t have the Excerpt box checked under “Screen Options”.
I thought it was some big technical issue when all along it was just a stupid checkbox under Screen Options! This made my life so much easier, thanks Josh!Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Images Not Showing In My ThemeYes I installed 3.5 with the Twenty Eleven 1.5 Theme. I am really stumped as to why the featured image isn’t showing on the post but it shows in the edit screen?

In reply to: Images Not Showing In My ThemeOk this is strange….I decided to change themes to Twenty Twelve and amazingly the featured image is showing in the post. Why would it not be showing in Twenty Eleven or the theme I uploaded?

In reply to: Images Not Showing In My ThemeI reverted back to WordPress 3.2 because I figured 3.5 wouldn’t support some of the plugins. But now I have all plugins disabled and am still getting nothing. I just updated back to 3.5 and am still having the same problem. Inserted pictures display but when I try to set a feature image it is showing on the post edit screen but not the actual post. Any idea what might be causing this?

In reply to: Images Not Showing In My ThemeOk I followed your instructions and just made 2 posts. The first post I set an image as a featured image and it did not display at all. The second post I inserted the image into the post and it displays. When I try to set an image as a featured image it does not show. What could be causing this?

In reply to: Images Not Showing In My ThemeThanks for your reply. I’ve tried different versions of WordPress and it’s doing the same thing! I really think it has something to do with the path in the php but I could be wrong. I would be more than happy to send the theme via email to anyone that may be able to help me out.
