In reply to: [Sitemap by click5] HTML Sitemap Order: grab & drop elementsHi @martindavis,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having troubles with our plugin.
We haven’t heard about such issue recently. It’s hard to troubleshoot without having access to your website. May I ask you what browser are you using? Most of our testing is being done in Firefox and Chrome.
Btw, version 1.0.30 will be released within the next week. You may want to give it a try.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Sitemap by click5] Bulk adding custom urlsHi @tores54,
Thank you for your feedback!
We will add your idea to our feature list for a future implementation, but I cannot promise when it’s going to be implemented. It will depend how many requests for similar functionality we will receive.
I will let you know when it will get implemented.
Btw, we would appreciate a positive review, if you truly like our plugin.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Sitemap by click5] alphabetical order problemHi @anjampie
We’re having troubles with reproducing your issue in our development environment.
Couple of questions which could help us troubleshoot:
1. Could you verify if the issue exists in the latest version of our plugin – v1.0.29?
2. Could you try clicking the ‘Reset Order’ button to wipe out any existing sorting settings?
Any other details which could help us reproduce this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Sitemap by click5] Update 1.0.28Hi @shirtguy72
We’re having troubles with reproducing your issue in our development environment.
Couple of questions which could help us troubleshoot:
1. Could you send us a link to the website where the issue occurs?
2. Could you verify if the issue exists in the latest version of our plugin – v1.0.29?
3. Could you try clicking the ‘Reset Order’ button first to wipe out any existing sorting settings, then changing order of a few posts, and then saving it using the ‘Save Order’ button? Does it still give you an error message?
Any other details which could help us reproduce this issue would be appreciated.

We hear your request and we will definitely allow it in the next few versions. I will keep you posted.

In reply to: [Sitemap by click5] Can’t Disable Automatic Updates?Hello @craiger522,
We have such a feature on our to-do list, but it always gets pushed down by some other more important requests.
If you don’t mind asking, why would you like to disable automatic updates?
Thanks,
