You need to create an account with Google and submit it with Google Webmaster Tools: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
Thanks for all the feedback, I will be testing a revision of this plugin with all the new features requested and hopefully be releasing it soon.
Revisions will include:
- Future scheduled posts action
- Category filtering
- Updated control panel/instructions

Hi,
You need to more the “google-news-sitemap.xml” from the plugin directory to the root of your website. i.e. “http://www.yourwebsitename.com/google-news-sitemap.xml” then make sure that its permissions are set so it is writeable (use a FTP application to change permission to numeric value 777).
Please remember also remeber that posts that are older than 3 days will not be included in the Google News sitemap.
