I had a similar issue today… one of the links was not displaying properly. Fixed by using Loco Translate plugin. Loco Translate > Plugins > Woocommerce: Click ‘Sync’ and then click ‘Save’. Idk if this help you but hope it does.
I figured out question 2! recaptcha was installed and not configured, so my password was not wrong!
