Hmmm. I upgraded and I’m still getting the technical version of apostrophes. Text Control is activated and set to “No Encoding” and “Default (wpautop)” – anyone have any advice or do I need to hand edit every single post? Hope not.

I’m having the same problem, only when I import xml files from livejoural. Either way, I downloaded the plugin you suggested and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m new to WordPress, but it seemed simple to install a plugin. Any idea why it wouldn’t show up in the plugins list?
