If it stopped to work might not be the issue of my plug-in actually, most probably you installed a broken plugin with JavaScript errors in it and stops mine too.
I can debug only if you give me the url of the website where is installed and enabled.

NES: as I told you is not fault of my plug-in, you can believe me or try yourself downloading firebug for firefox and run it on the login/registration page you’ll see that there are 2 css included:

http://jezyk.pila.pl/wp-content/themes/suffusion/style.css?ver=3.8.2that are doing the bad things, if you disable them “virtually” from firebug then you’ll see magically things working.

V2.2.0 of the plug-in has one fixed issue about unique installation, did you try it?Maybe you can preload an empty image but with correct width and height into the div that will be automatically overwritten after 1st image loaded?
