Hey,
I see that you are using Starbox. If you want to delete it just Delete it from Plugins.
No shortcode should remain if you didn’t use any.

What I see is the Fancier Author Box plugin and not Starbox.

Starbox just shows the display name from WordPress.
Check your User Profile name to be okay and it should work just fine.

Like all the other plugins, if you remove a plugin from Plugins Tab, it will not appear anymore.
If you add shortcodes in your posts then you have to remove them because a plugin should not be allowed to remote text from your posts.
