if i set the sale price on the product directly in woocommerce it is being displayed on the product page correctly. it seems to be the plugin somehow is not displaying the sale price on the product page using the rules, but it is ok on the category page now.
I am using the latest DIVI Theme with Theme Builder template for product pages, and teh Woo Add to Cart module from divi.
i have been through all my css and we are not hiding it.
the price is displayed on categories and cart, but not the product template.
appreciate any assistance.

Sorry, I just fixed this issue – in Divi the category display count equalled 24 – i changed to 150 and the price on the categories are now showing.
Secondarily, now the categories are showing the discount fully, when going into the product itself a discount price is not being shown, only the full price.
I am continuing to troubleshoot..

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout Order Pay SubtotalsHi, yes the subtotal, recurring subtotal, first payment date etc did not display after disabling the braintree plugin, only the normal checkout fields, which displayed all content correctly. I am using a Braintree Subscription product type as a virtual product.

In reply to: [Payment Plugins Braintree For WooCommerce] Checkout Order Pay SubtotalsJust a quick update, I disabled the braintree plugin, and the pay order page did not display the recurring payment subtotals etc, I reenabled the braintree plugin and the fields reappeared on the checkout page.
I am using WP Rocket, is there something maybe in that escaping?

I am using YITH Request a Quote, I expected this to be the culprit but disabling and clearing the cache it did not resolve. Do you have any other suggestions?

Just checked error_log after 2 new orders, 1 via PayPal and 1 via Zip Pay
Both resulted in the same error in the logs so NOT stripe specific

In reply to: [WooCommerce] is_internal_meta_key was called incorrectlyI just checked the error log after my last order via Stripe and the timing matches up. So it looks like it could be an error for stripe transactions.
I have just logged into Stripe and all the event logs are clean, no failures or errors. The API is reporting 200 OK.
There is no ‘method_id’ field in the XML I can see, but other ‘methods’ fields such as id, automatic_payment_methods, capture_method, payment_method_details in the stripe logs. Could these be related I do not know.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] is_internal_meta_key was called incorrectlyHi Margaret, thank you for your reply! I do not believe we are seeing any issues with functionality, orders are processing, we just had one now and successful orders even with Stripe as the payment gateway.
I just did a count in the error_log, we have had 1,898 instances of this error since November 2021. We have had many many orders during this time, and no customers have reported any technical issues nor am I seeing any other errors in the logs to indicate a fault.
I appreciate any assistance the community can provide.

Thanks for your reply, I have just updated the new product sync with only 8 products. The sync reports the same error that too many products to be sync. The 8 products are all simple products.
What do I need to do?
