What are your Base increment in minutes, Setup increments (0 I assume) and Cleanup increments (0 I assume)?
How about Days Allowed to Reserve?

They provided a rather long process to get Fontawesome 4 working, too, but I don’t want to go through all that for one page with a timeline. Will you be moving to 5 in the future?

I’m working on refreshing my computer after some power problems, and don’t have access to update the plugin, but that should fix the problem until I get back up.

Events (staff submitted, no approval required) have no setup/cleanups and should by included in the time by staff.
The view you see is the only one available. Most calendar views are very hard to read. There is still a small calendar available for navigation, but I focus on the data readability, not the traditional calendar structure.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Automatic update for increments?If you are changing your increments from 30 to 15 and making your normally 1 increment (30 minute) setup now 2 increments (still 30 minutes for 2 15 minute incs.), I don’t see that it would cause any problems.
But, again, back up!
The setup and cleanups are added on when you view the page, so this should work as planned.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Automatic update for increments?The meetings are saved with absolute times, and the increments are created on the fly when you view the page. This means that the meeting times are independent of the increment amount.
You should be able to change them around and back. Below is an example on my test site of the same event switched (several times because I hit the wrong button to screen shot) from 15 to 30 to 60 and back again.
