In reply to: themeTry going through the support channel for your commercial theme and see what they can tell you about getting it set up to your liking. These forums aren’t able to support commercial themes, though if you have issues with WP itself, or the free themes in the repository, we’re happy to help if we can. Good luck!

In reply to: Blocked out of account by Parse error: syntax errorIf you have trouble navigating your hosting account site, you might consider contacting support for your 1and1 account to see if they will rename your eurosite theme for you. Your WP installation will then try to use the default theme instead. That will allow you to get back in to WP admin so you can go about fixing things. That’s the easy way.
Otherwise you can log in to the 1and1 account and use whatever file manager they have for you and try to accomplish the same as above on your own. Find your way to wp-content/themes/ and you should see your theme within, plus another like twentyfifteen (or similar) as a default fallback. Renaming the active theme’s folder will temporarily disable it.
FTP is of course also an option but that will require the extra step of getting your ftp account in order first.

In reply to: How to show comment box in free theme version of Frontier?I’m afraid I don’t quite follow your question. You don’t need to change ALL old posts, just individual ones that you think need it (if that is what you’re asking). I suggested
Posts > All Postsas an easy way to make quick changes without having to open each one individually.Otherwise, now that comments are enabled, all future posts will get comment forms. You can specifically disable it for a single post when you write that post. Does that help?

In reply to: How to show comment box in free theme version of Frontier?I see a comment form for your latest post, so that’s working. Enabling comments in your site settings will enable them for future posts, but you’ll have to enable commenting for old posts individually. Go to
Posts > All Postsand using the ‘quick edit’ link, enable commenting for each post that you would like. You’re welcome!

In reply to: Snippets for category pages?Probably best to ask about this on the theme’s forum, if this is indeed the theme you’re using. If you end up having to make changes to template files for this, please make sure to do it in a child theme so you don’t lose those changes when the theme gets updated.

In reply to: Adding "Contact Us" and "Customer Service" Pages to my siteYou can just create the pages you need and add your necessary content. Your theme will take care of the styling and layout. You may find use for certain widgets or plugins for specific elements, but you can start with basic content and tweak as you go.

In reply to: Training Posts: What are they?I don’t believe that is a part of WP itself, unless I missed something. It’s more likely coming from a plugin, or is part of a custom theme as for example an aid to new users on how to use WP (just guessing here). Do you have a plugin that might be related? Have you checked the documentation for your particular theme?

In reply to: How to change featured products in woocommerceQuestions about specific plugins are best resolved in the support forum for the particular plugin. For you, that would be here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce#postform
