I initially used Notepad ++ and then made the changes on my host’s code editor. You were right there was something wrong with the ” …uughh!

As for the community, no I don’t get the name I sign up for lingotek.

I just realize that in Translation -> Settings -> Account -> Community I only have the option of none, I don’t have the option WordPress + Lingotek as the tutorial shows.

I don’t know if that is the problem.

How can I upload a post manually?
