I had this problem but my table are: wp_term_relationships, wp_term_taxonomy,wp_terms
I’m abandom to upgrade this 3 tables.
Actually my WordPress still can work but I have anoter problem…
Maybe you can find solution on Google, It has many situation to cause
occur this error.
