It didn’t work. I get the same code:
Fatal error: Cannot call method self::form() or method does not exist in /home/content/m/j/f/mjfinternation/html/member/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/contact-form-template.php on line 8
Please let me know when it is fixed because I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your plugin and I have donated to your work.

I figured it out … it is only for the Admin, sorry.
I was wondering if you could check the website again: http://member.mjfinternational.com/
When someone click on “Register” under “Lost your password” (not Registration under Info Menu) part of the register box goes missing, how do I fix that?
I would actually like it to go the actual Registration page but it doesn’t.

Yes, I do realize the that the blog will appear or be seen differently on the new self-hosted website: (here is the new website just so you can see: http://cda.6e5.myftpupload.com/
I’ll be transferring the blog from http://paalistenup.wordpress.com/ to the new site. I told the client that it will look different and he’ll probably be posting differently also. Am I correctly in saying this?
I’ve work with WordPress since 2008 but this is my first time moving a blog.
