Sorry, I posted again because I didn’t think I had described the problem correctly. No, still not resolved. Still trying to figure this one out. The page http://www.nattrackers.org/print-directory which calls your plugin looks exactly correct in IE and Chrome. But the page that comes up to print when I click the print icon, all the text runs together instead of formatted in separate lines. Here is how it prints:
