I figured it out. If you change the Blog address (URI) it messes stuff up.
I am having problems too. I’ve read everything from the forums and tried it. From copying the comments files from other themes, to checking the general preferences and individual post preferences, and nothing works. I’m using the default theme, but I’ve tried classic. Please help.
