Are there othe rplugins I should deactivate? i.e. avantlink WP?

I have tried to reload the site and kept getting error messages. So I have paid for hosting on http://www.christianbikersupplystores.com and reloaded the theme backup using ftp. This is the new message

What have I done wrong? What can I do to fix it?
