Have you ever been able to fix this problem? I have the same thing aswell…
Just a blank install.php as if PHP does not understand anything the WP files says … no source code aswell…

Sorry for the late reply, my internet got ownd. So I had to wait till it was fixe, and now I am back alive :)…
Anyway that is indeed a VERY useful plug-in, although I have used some other workaround to get what I wanted done.
I just used the core ability to exclude the pages by the usual ID’s…
I got where I wanted to go, but this way I cannot really reserve anything so if anyone wants to do that… use the plug-in, because in that way the plug-in is indeed better.
