Learning as i go with the actual Blog set up(bit of a nightmare but getting there) but still NO CLOSER to the re-arranging of the way the page displays??

My Upload page is empty, even though I uploaded through my cPanel file manager…I also have an ‘error’ in my sidebar which I can’t get rid of???? aaagggggggggghhhhhh lol
