It seems the issue is mainly happens in manually created product in Woocommerce. I tried to verify this by duplicating a product generated by Tutor in Woocommerce. While the original product is fine, the duplicated one has problem. They are supposed to be identical in terms of setting but the outcome is different…..

I tried it and no luck.
That said, after some testing, I think I finally found out exactly when this problem happens. In my site, there are two types of products. One product is auto-generated by Tutor when I create the course. The other one is created in Woocommerce manually. Before the user login, the cart page has no problem. And it is also fine when they add a course generated by Tutor. Only that once they add the product created in Woocommerce, the problem will come back again.
And the cart page become normal when I clear the user’s basket remotely via Woocommerce.
But the thing is, everything is just fine when I switch the eCommerce engine to Native.
One more information. While I tried different settings in Tutor, I found that when I change the eCommerce Engine to native, the cart becomes normal. But once I changed back to WooCommerce, the problem came back.
FYI, I didn’t make any changes in the setting after updating to 3.0

I disabled Elementor and Elementor Pro and the problem still exists.
Even when I generate a new cart page from TutorLMS –> Tools –> Tutor Pages, it’s the same….
