In my instance, the reference to Facebook/Loader.php is actually the WordPress SEO plugin I have installed. Line 37 of class-opengraph.php tries to check if the class exists, causing Magento to check it’s autoloader, and thus, raising the error.
Hi! Looks like date.php wasn’t created during the install, but wp-settings.php was updated. This is new to 3.7, so should have in theory already existed if you were on 3.7 originally. I’d suggest downloading 3.7.1 and using FTP to upload it.
