The problem occurred because during the installation of WordPress I filled out the address as “localhost” because I ran the installation on the server’s own browser. When redid all putting the IP address of the server, everything worked as expected. I now face problems of slowness in access, but I believe the problem has another cause, so I’ll mark this post as “solved”.

The problem with “half-access” was resolved, but now I face problem of slowness in accessing intranet pages.
Even the pages hosted on Internet are faster than my hosted intranet. And this is regardless of where the access is made, either by browser on server from any client machine on local network.
The access to pages is always done as follows: http://<IP_of_server>/intranet (all computers, server or clients).
