In reply to: [WooCommerce] Not showing subcategories with zero productsHi @lmbhagat
This is most likely due to a theme override that is not done properly, or even a conflict with another plugin.
Can you give a conflict test a try, please?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
All the best,
Hi Christian! How’s it going today?
You can hide your out-of-stock products through your WooCommerce Settings.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.
There you will see an option called Out of Stock Visibility. Simply enable it and click Save Changes.
I hope that helps!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] ERRPR Deprecated: get_used_coupons final checkoutHi @tamarbym!
It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
Also, if the issue persists, can you share a system report with us? This function has been deprecated since version 3.7 as stated in the error.
You can find your system status report via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.Â
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] API Keys not workingHi @georgiedavies!
Your keys, should be on https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks, you can click on the 3 dots, in front of your Hosted endpoints to get their details.
Since this is related to your keys, and this is a public forum, can you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support.
You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
Thanks and I hope to hear from you soon there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] 500 Internal Server Error when Importing ProductsHi @ekakshsharma, thanks for sharing all that with us!
By chance, do you have access to your cPanel? Chances are that maybe there is some way to get your Errors log from there, or you may need to reach out to them to verify where you can get that.
And please, share with us if find it! This will help us to diagnose it better.
Also, something that you can try is to upload some sample data to see if there is something related to your file (size, formatting etc), here’s a complete guide about importing sample data to WooCommerce:

Thank you!

No worries! I can see your screenshot now! Thanks for sharing that with us, and Aye aye captain, you can get your Webhook endpoint heading to:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Plain email coupon line/stylingHi @barb55! How’s it going today?
I tried to reproduce it on my test site, and I couldn’t!
Using a plain text template, this is how it looks like on my end, with a basic setup (Woo + Storefront theme):
https://snipboard.io/X6py41.jpg
I’d recommend you to make a conflict test, disabling all of your plugins except for WooCommerce and switching your theme to the Storefront theme, to see how it goes.
You can read more details about how to test for conflicts here:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts
If you’re still having issues with that, asking on the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack will grant you a chat with the best WooCommerce developers around, and I am sure they will love to help you out!
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Plain email coupon line/stylingHi @barb55
I believe this is a bit more complex since the email templates uses some OOP-abstraction methods.
What you can try, starting with your email-orders-details.php is working with some custom codes, to edit them, here’s a link with some tips about it!
Also, if you’re using a translation plugin, you can just try to indent your “Rabatt” word by adding some spaces on it.
If everything fails, you can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Asc price sorting not working properlyHi @popos93!
Just to clarify it a bit, the staging plugin isn’t a language thing! It’s used to clone your site (and database) into a subfolder or a subdomain, so you can play around without affecting your live/prod site.
Using a plugin like that, you can deactivate all your plugins except for Woo and then install the Storefront theme, which is the basic setup to double-check if everything is working as expected.
Let us know how it goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Royal Mail integrationHi @cullachie
I’d recommend taking a look at one of the plugins/extensions that already has this functionality of tracking and sharing it through email.
I also checked the Royal Mail integration docs, and it looks like when you mark orders as despatched, it automatically changes the order status to Completed.
On the other hand, if you want a developer to check it for you, I’d recommend the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack as mentioned above!
Thank you!
