i have the same problem, I cleared the Update Service box options and deleted the “post.php” and uploaded a new one, but still I can´t post anything. The text and photos can be seen inside the WP but caanot be posted!

Hi! Newbie here! Sorry if my question is stupid.
It concerns comments.( I have WP 1.5) All of a sudden NEW people cannot post a comment! The old ones can still do that but not the new ones. A friend of mine wanted to answer a comment but she couldn´t do that. Me as adminstrator tryed to copy her answer as a comment, but I could do that either. I have installed a blacklist which I deactivated and then I as an admin. I could copy her answer, but she cannot. I can neither write as her, with her name and address which she asked me to do. Is there a bug, or what shall I do? I get stressed when my blog all of a sudden doesn´t work as it worked before.
Hope someone can answer me!
