  • Hi Yogi,

I checked and I don’t “think” a full-width page template is available. When I read about people making ‘child themes,’ is this what they’re talking about — modifying a parent page to suit their needs?

Is it easy enough to just delete the post title column from the CSS? (There’s really no need to have one since my articles have titles already on them.)

Thanks for your help, and sorry about the hijack.

    Hi Guys,

    I’m having the same problem. I’m a noob/boob.

I’m using the custom theme Wu Wei. I’m not using the site as a blog, but just as a simple content management system for 5 – 7 portfolio pieces. Something that started out simple is going completely ass-backward.

I made a new page, gave it a title, then inserted a .jpg into the WYSIWYG editor. In the editor, the article is full sized and easy to read, but after it’s Published, I can see that my article is squeezed and narrow, and now sitting on the right side of the page. I just want the image to fill the page.

I’ve been working for a day now to figure this out and I think it has to do with the float or something?? I don’t know how to fix it in the Appearance>Editor>style.css because I really don’t know what I’m looking at.

Here’s the page. You can easily see what’s wrong.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks guys!
