Im completely new to this support forum, but I asked the same question in the shapely theme-support forum and an independent developer offered me paid support.
My question is if there has been an update of a theme version, causing issues for the users, is there someone from WordPress or Shapely who follows up on these issues? As it seems the Shapely support forum is quite inactive for some time?
How to get this solved in order for my clients to be able to access all pages of my website?
