    Takayuki, you’ve got me thinking….so for each of those form fields I added, I need to add the tag into that additional headers section for each of those? Or into both the additional headers and message body?

    Does this look right?
    example:

    Company Name: [company-name]
    Phone: [phone-number]
    Email: [your-email]
    Site Name: [site-name]
    Site Address: [site-address]

    etc……

    But you are sure product reviews also come through the same approval process?

    Please see comment below from client. I guess they are not getting email notifications on comments or reviews?

    When I go into the backend of the site I see the comment section highlighted with an orange circle. The questions appear in the remarks area on the product page and would remain there until I remove them. Because I don’t want product questions left in there, I copy and paste into document for the customer service department to handle. Then I delete those “remarks/comments”. I never get emails telling me that someone left a comment though. Its only when I login to make modifications to the site that I see those.

    Deidra feels that if someone is interested in a product it’s better to have them just keep entering it there. Out of 12 comments all have been from outside countries who don’t seem to get what that area is used for?

    Maybe in addition to having it say, “Remarks” it should say, “Please use the form under Contact Us for all product questions”…

    We get all notifications except when someone leaves a product review on the product in WooCommerce. The review is posted without any admin notification or approval. The problem is that people are leaving product questions in the review section instead of going to the contact page and requesting information. So, without any notification a question left in the review section goes unanswered. Frustrating for a potential customer and for us who want to be customer service driven.

    Thank you Mike but all those elements are checked in the settings and we are still not getting notifications for product reviews in WooCommerce?

    I do not see an option anywhere to enable review moderation. I am speaking about the reviews in the products section. I have Googled how to enable this and find no information. Can you explain how to enable review moderation so admin receives an email that a review of a product has been posted?

    I’m having the same problem but I am on a droid? It seems to be responding on desktop when browser is made smaller?

    The back end is running much quicker now so I must have put the php.ini file where it belonged! The fonts are working properly now. Thank you so much. I really like this theme.

    But now the front end is running slow and I would like to reinstall the Q3 Total Cache plugin. You mentioned before that in order to use the slider on the home page in mobile, I would need to turn off the cache on the homepage. Can you give me instructions or code to keep it off the homepage?

    ReadyHosting is the provider and I do not usually use them. The client had an account with them and did not want to switch. Their customer service help is not very good either. They sent me a video and told me I had to do it myself. I need to wait half an hour because their server is window based and check to see if it worked. Fingers crossed. Thanks for your help at least I know now what I need to do it’s just getting it done correctly!

    In regard to…..If you can’t save any other those it means your php has a really low processing timeout. You will need to update your php.ini file

    I am having trouble saving just about any change I make on this theme. In other words, the save times out if I continue to allow it to save. If I go view the site while it is saving the change usually is there anyway except when I try to change the type fonts? Is this also a symptom of “a really low processing timeout” and how do I fix that. I had contacted the host provider about the issue and they told be it was on my end.

    Thank you…I was able to get the primary menu to work on mobile per your instructions.

    I also deleted the W3 total cache plugin and the slider now works on mobile. Does that mean I can’t use any caching plugin for this theme?

    The type I was referencing is the type on the slider on both desktop and mobile. I would like to change the type font and it looks like there are options under the theme options > typography which lists H1 Headings, H2 Headings, H3 Headings, H4 Headings and H5 Headings but when I try to change them they revert back to Lato. Do one of these affect the slider type and do I need to purchase the premium for these to work? I don’t see a way to include a screen shot as a visual reference?

    I found in the other comments a piece of code to get rid of the page-header but I would like to eliminate only the heading “Home” on the home page and keep the others on their pages. Can you give me the code to do this so the other headings remain on their page? Here is the code to get rid of them all.

    I had similar update issues with the theme except mine effected the sidebar widgets. The only way I can switch between the left and right sidebar layouts is to choose the default template as my page attribute which throws off the layout look it had before. Too bad because this is what I loved about this theme. Very customized looking. Any idea if this can be fixed to go back to the way it looked before?
