It retrieves the data as expected. And now everything seems to be working fine. Thanks. Must have been a hiccup somewhere.
When I called, the GoDaddy tech knew nothing, and suggested going to Way Back Machine to get copies of forms!

But now “#_ORG” is filled in the box where they should be filling in their company name.
