I was afraid of that. As I am running on a shared server, I don’t have that much access to the resources.
I guess I’ll have to ask my provider.

I had the same issue and tried to de-activate and re-activate the plugin to get the icon back, and -now- I have the fatal error and no video on my site anymore… 🙁
