Solve this problem by following the suggestion on the attached:

“Found a fix, apparently FB changed the Application creation process. After you create the application, to the advanced settings.
In the Migrations section choose deprecate offline_access: Disabled. Give it few minutes to take effect and Test it.”
This solved the same problem in WP-FB-Comment plugin, thanks for posting it.
