In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Your Akismet subscription is suspended. Those sites look fine, but the key is also being used on https://libertyhijab.com/, which is commercial, as it sells products. Removing the key from that site would restore your account to non-commercial status.

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Your Akismet subscription is suspended. The gist of the original email was this:
I checked your site and I can confirm that the site seems to be non-commercial, so it could use the Akismet Personal plan.
However, the API key is also protecting other sites that have commercial status, so the key needs a plan upgrade in order to work on all the sites its been added to.
To fix that, you have two options:- upgrade the API key and Akismet account related to a paid plan: https://akismet.com/plans/
- if you’re no longer associated with those other commercial sites, you could create a new account and get an API key that is only used on theonlywayoflife.com. We have instructions to do that on this page: https://akismet.com/developers/getting-started/

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Your Akismet subscription is suspended. It looks like the response email to your support ticket failed to send in April. I’ve re-sent it just now; if you don’t see it in the next few minutes, can you let me know?

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Internal Server Error with updateDo you have access to the error log, or could you ask your host for the actual error that occurred?
Also, if you happen to know, what version of PHP is the website’s server running?

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsI’ve been unable to reproduce it by installing those extensions. What I’d recommend next is either:
- Create a brand new administrator account and log in with that and see if that account is able to access the Akismet settings page.
- Disable plugins one by one and see if that has any effect.

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsIf you’re able to just post a list of the plugins you have installed, I can try reproducing this problem on a test site.

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsSo going to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=akismet-key-config still shows you the “Sorry, […]” error message?

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsIf you have any other plugins installed that modify the menus, that might be the culprit.

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsOh, I just noticed the URL is plugins.php instead of admin.php, which explains the error. Which settings link did you click on? It should either be /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=akismet-key-config (if you don’t have Jetpack installed) or /wp-admin/admin.php?page=akismet-key-config (if you do have Jetpack installed).

In reply to: [Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection] Unable to access akismet settingsThat would imply that you’re logged in with a user account that is not an administrator. If you are an administrator, I’d try logging out and then back in again.
