Thanks for getting back to me Tim.

So it seems that this setting is the complete opposite of what I thought. I am the only user on my WordPress site, so I’m not worried about anyone else forgetting a password. I want to have it so that it is the toughest on anyone trying to hack in.

So you’re saying that the LEAST amount of time is the best setting in order to achieve this?
