hey how do i know if i am already pinging these services from the default pingomatic thing in wordpress. Wouldn’t that be double pinging if I actually register it to another site.

So should i use ping-o-matic or other pings services if wordpress have one by default?
Also what if i summit to say technorati and feedburner directly? will any problems if there is double pings, say from pingomatic and directly from feedburner?
