In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Start time on day and week view@cintiastela: We’ve had a bit of that lately. It’s quite weird that people are ending up here instead of there.
WP Mods: Can someone have a look into this? I think this is about the 4th time I’ve seen this happen in about a month.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Logging in ICS events importThe issue is it’s quite hard to see if an event gets deleted in the feed but not on your site (you don’t get anything from the feed to say that a feed has been deleted, it’s just not there anymore). It’s doable, but no where near as easy to code for.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Start time on day and week viewThis is not the forum for The Events Calendar Pro.
If, however, you want to change the start of day time in All-in-One Event Calendar, go to Dashboard->Events->Settings then go to the Viewing Events tab.
It will be at the bottom of the page. Listed as:
Week/Day view starts at
Week/Day view ends atNote: This was only added in V2.0.10, so if you are running an earlier version, you’ll need to update.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Repeat function doesn't workI’d recommend making sure you do the following:
1. Change the calendar theme to something different then back to your original (default is Vortex – See Dashboard->Events->Calendar Themes).
2. Save the Theme Options (Dashboard->Events->Theme Options and hit Save Options).
3. Make sure you select a Calendar Page and then Save the Viewing Settings (Dashboard->Events->Settings then go to Viewing Settings tab. Select a Calendar page (either -Auto-Create New Page- or select from your list of pages a page you want for the calendar) then and hit Save Settings).
Note: You do not need to put shortcode on the calendar page. Selecting it in the pulldown on the Viewing Settings page will insert the calendar for you (not done using shortcode).

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Repeat function doesn't workVersion 2.0.11 and Version 1.4 are very very very VERY different beasts. There’s probably not a single line of code the same in both.
Can you provide a link to your site so we can have a look? It’s possible it’s one of many different possible issues.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Custom permalinkThis is currently not possible in the 2.0.x releases.
It should be available in the 2.1 series, which is apparently due in a few weeks.
Note: the 1.x releases are no longer being released, so there is no longer a “lite” product, just the 2.x “core” release. This reduces the number of versions of code Time.ly need to support, and fixes get out a lot faster.
I’m not quite sure hwat you mean by “reposting”. Do you mean they appear in something like an RSS feed?
If you haven’t tried 2.0.11, you might want to. A bug with ICS events was fixed in 2.0.11, and the whole feed update process was changed slightly in 2.0.10, so hopefully 2.0.11 might solve your issues.
2.0.8 used to delete all events for a feed from a site, then re-import them. I’ve yet to look through the code, but it’s possible that 2.0.11 still does this. Changing this behaviour is on Time.ly’s radar, but it’s quite a lot of work, so I suspect that it’s not in 2.0.11 yet (though, it could be).

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Image largeThe parge image is provided by your standard WP theme. You will want to disable the image in your theme to get rid of it.
Note: Events are based on the WP ‘post’ page template, so this is where you’d need to disable the image.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Logging in ICS events importI’ve done this exact thing before with an older version, and it works fine.
Q: Which version are you doing this to?
Note: Time.ly is working on changing the update feature, so this might not be quite so necessary in the future.
allow_url_fopen is quite depreciated (and insecure) so mainly worry about curl if anything.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] ALL DAY tag in widget viewYou can do it through a CSS override (eg: using a plugin like My Custom CSS or using a child calendar theme), or you can create a child calendar theme template and remove the all-day tag from the .twig templates (or implement anything you like).

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Duplicate Calendar View Bar in IE9From memory, I do not think that Ai1ec still supports IE9. I think IE10 is now the minimum supported version of IE.
You may find it works better in a compatibility view, but I don’t know for sure.
Note: I don’t work for Time.ly.
Can you confirm you’re using V2.0.9?
Are you using 2.0.8 or 2.0.9?
2.0.9 specifically had work to fix issues with feeds not updaing.
Terry: Once again, wrong forum. I think you’re after http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar
