WordPress database error: [Query was empty] for each product in the spreadsheet and the page refreshes again with: File must be .csv, .xls, .xlsxhere is the file, can you take a look?

I did make a few changes to the css, but just to move it around, not to effect any hover effect that i know of.Jeff

1 its on a windows host, no .htaccess
2 renaming the theme show a blank site
3 renaming the plugins folder does nothing.
any other clues?
I feel bad for the client, but im really dodnt want to rebuild the site 🙁
IE Developer winter shows no info, only something about a skype frame?
