I am not sur what you mean. I have the version 1.1.8. It is the last one right?
Do you mean I should use com_shop-fr_CA.mo and not my own com_shop-fr_CA.mo? I am now doing that (I copied com_shop-fr_CA.mo to com_shop-fr_FR.mo…I wish I would have seen the translation before). The issues remain thought.

Thanks for your answer. I don’t need help anymore as I decided to use another theme.
For information, I didn’t change anything in the code. I considere that as a bad practise and just don’t do it. I just installed wordpress on a virtual machine under Ubuntu, then I installed a few plugins (polylang and orilla ecommerce) and tried several themes. At this point your theme was the one I planned to use according to the preview demo I saw. But it didn’t work (as 80% of the themes I tried) so I posted a message here. Finally I found out another theme that works well (paralella).
