We would like to mention that this issue is only with your site not for others might me something is conflicting with our plugin.
Try once with any other theme if this not work then try after deactivating other plugins one by one you will find definitely what is conflicting.

If the Post content is written in the editor it will have indentation in the Pdf. As, our plugin library supports the limited css. So, this may be the reason you posts are not indented.
