First you need to go to that product and edit that product.
There will be an option on left side “Shipping” and click on this tab.
Then there is a check box “enable shipping” and save the product setting

For Occasional content this facility is not available to exclude specific products currently you can choose only post type ( like: products, post, page or any custom post ).
