When you add new language the plugin try to download language pack from wordpress server, but not all are available and someone must be installed manually.
If you want to translate “March” text in Swedish you have to install swedish package, look here http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_in_Your_Language.To translate “Search” try to go in “Ceceppa Multilingua” -> “Theme” ( under Translate label ), and look for “Search” text. If nothing is found let me know which theme are you using…

try to disable all options in “Translate menu” box of “Settings” -> “Filters” tab page.
